HRSA Recognizes TransAccess
TransAccess is now a Federally recognized BEST PRACTICE! This team has worked so hard to recently to increase the care they give to our Trans Clients living with HIV. Not only has it been thriving and the caseloads reaching closer and closer towards capacity, but the team has also managed to expand the acuity level that can access their services.
