Thank You for this Remarkable Giving Tuesday!
|
We are thrilled to share that we raised over $10,000 this Giving Tuesday, which doubled our goal. These funds will help SFCHC provide warm meals, connection, and support for community members facing hunger or crisis in the weeks ahead.
Thank you for showing up with such love and generosity. Our community is stronger because of you.

Important: Medi-Cal Renewal Deadline for 2025
|
Medi-Cal rules are changing, and many community members will need to act soon to keep their coverage. Patients who are not currently eligible for full-scope Medi-Cal due to immigration status must complete their Medi-Cal renewal before December 31, 2025 in order to continue receiving services without interruption.
If you’re unsure about your renewal status or need help with the process, we’re here for you. Billy, Rence, or Lizett can assist you with completing your renewal forms, answering questions, and making sure you stay covered.
Please reach out or stop by as soon as possible. Please don’t wait until the deadline. Your health matters, and we’re here to help you stay protected.

You’re Invited to Celebrate the Season with Us
|
The holidays can be a time of warmth, connection, and comfort, but for many in our community, they can also bring feelings of loneliness. In addition, this year has been challenging for so many in our LGBTQ+ and marginalized communities. Amid ongoing political attacks and uncertainty, coming together in love and solidarity feels more important than ever.
At San Francisco Community Health Center, we know that family are the people who see and celebrate you for who you are. This season, we are again opening our doors and hearts across all our major programs with holiday gatherings that honor the community we’ve built together. Whether you come to share a meal, reconnect with friends, or simply be surrounded by care, you are welcome here.

Our mission extends beyond the provision of health services; we actively cultivate a sense of belonging for our community. There is something going on at the health center every single day, whether it is at our Community Living Room, TransThrive Drop-in Center, or The Lotus Project.
|
San Francisco Community Health Center celebrates and attends to the health and wellness of the communities that define San Francisco—immigrant and communities of color, queer, trans, unhoused people, and all of us who are most impacted by oppression—through comprehensive medical, dental, and mental health services. We believe that health care starts with healing justice and meeting the basic needs of our communities. Our culturally informed services are designed by the very people we serve.
